Combined Tax Notices and Assessments are mailed out in May of each year. Taxes are due and payable by August 31 of each year.

Taxes can be paid by the following methods
- Via mail or dropped off in the mailbox at: Summer Village of Sunset Beach, 64 Newcastle Road, Sherwood Park, AB T8A 6K8
- Via E-transfer at [email protected], make sure that you put your Roll # as a Reference. E-transfers sent to this email address are auto deposited into the Summer Village of Sunset Beach's bank account.
