Kim Bancroft – Chief Administrative Officer
Hi, I’m Kim Bancroft, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Summer Village of Sunset Beach, along with four other Summer Villages in Athabasca County and Westlock County. I also serve as the Development Officer and Bylaw Officer, helping residents and Councils with planning, permitting, and bylaw services.
Alongside my work with the Summer Villages, I’m proud to be a Director with the Association of Summer Villages of Alberta (ASVA) — an organization that supports and strengthens Summer Villages across the province through advocacy and collaboration.
I’m passionate about building strong communities and working closely with residents and Councils to keep our Summer Villages vibrant, welcoming, and well-managed. I’m always happy to help if you have questions about village life, development, or local services.
